The Joystick radio remote control system is the highest specification unit from the Ultrabeam® Platform designed exclusively for complex applications that demand a large number of functions to be controlled whilst focusing on improving ease of use, efficiency and productivity in industrial machine operations.

The robust and practical console style unit is suitable for indoor or outdoor applications and allows several manoeuvres to be executed simultaneously – its harness system allows the both hands to be used on different controls. Its two way communications and OLED Display allows constant feedback of important information as well as operational status, radio and battery level so users are always sure of what’s happening.

Our Joystick remote control unit offers a wide range of customisation options to suit the end users’ needs. Everything from the labels, buttons, switches joysticks, paddles, display, communications and software can be tailored to suit the end application.

As well as 2 way radio communications link, it can also be connected using in a wired mode using one of the 3 communications types built into the unit – RS232, RS485 or CAN bus from the same unit.

It is well equipped to be used as the main controller for a bespoke control system or linked into a existing complex PLC based application using radio and/or a communications bus.

When paired to an FSL receiver it can be tailored to the customers’ needs by:
